Whiskey
Making exceptional whiskeys takes time.
Gate 11 Bourbon, Rye and Single Malt whiskeys continue to mature in our Boxcar barrelhouse with expected release dates in mid-2023. While we patiently await them, Gate 11 will continue to offer fine, sourced whiskeys to complement those we produce ourselves.
We want to offer a full range of whiskey experiences to customers who visit our distillery for cocktails or to buy bottles to take home.
Our current sourced offering is a 4 year old Rye Whiskey.
You are invited to enjoy this fine whiskey at Gate 11 cocktail bars in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Sazerac or other cocktail of your choice. You may enjoy a straight of this whiskey in a Glencairn sniffer or on the rocks!
We also encourage you to take home a bottle to hone your own whiskey mixology skills.
Distillery and Cocktail WINTER Bar Hours:
Mon – 1 pm to 11 pm
Tues – 1 pm to 5 pm
Wed – 1 pm to 5 pm
Thur: 1 pm to 10 pm
Fri – 11 am to 11 pm
Sat – 11am to 11pm
Sun – 12 noon to 7 pm
We are serving cocktails at our indoor and outdoor cocktail bars overlooking the Chattanooga Choo Choo engine and our spacious covered patio. You take your cocktails with you as wander around the Choo Choo gardens since the entire area is Open Container.
