    An homage to the mixing of French and British cultures in the Caribbean, Patois is the product of a distillation and blending process that's as close to alchemical as any spirit has yet come.

    We start with a cane sugar-based spirit distilled through our Column Still, letting intensive contact with copper enhance flavor and smoothness. Then, we distill and fractionate two separate molasses-based spirits in our Glass Reflux Still, skillfully shaping a complex flavor profile in each.

    Finally, with decimal-point precision, we blend all three until Patois' remarkable master flavor unfurls its sails: sweetly bold, with subtle oak and tropical hints that culminate in a bright, optimistic finish.
